Alpine Fundraising

Fundraising

Alpine Fundraising was developed to help nonprofits reach their fundraising goals. Alpine Fundraising, while partnered with Buyer Topia, has created a vehicle for nonprofits to generate income with an online Book, CD, and DVD store. The nonprofit organizations receive 10% of each sale, and the buyer/donor has the option to raise that donation at checkout. The Buyer Topia online store is a powerful tool, offering over 7,100,000 different products. Even including the donation, nearly all products are below Suggested Retail Price.

Accountability Software for the Human Service System

The Community Data Link (CDL) software application was designed as a client/services information and tracking system that can report outcomes; in short, an accountability system.

CDL allows Users to track and store records of clients served, services provided and referrals made, and then to report summary demographics information as well as outcomes to funding sources or to state agencies.

Reports may also be generated for program management. While CDL was designed for tracking clients and services and reporting outcomes, some unique features make it useful for Case managers as well.

Payroll and Benefits

GNSA is an outsource provider of payroll and human resource management solutions. We have two web based payroll/HRMS platforms. Both eliminate the need for paper employee files. Both allow you to save time by automating many things you currently track on spreadsheets. One is a full Human Capital Management solution in a single sign-on, totally integrated, single database platform. It can be customized to your specific needs and because everything is in one database, reporting and pulling data for audits is simplified. This allows you to be more efficient with every dollar which will have an impact on your bottom line. This solution is typically 10% to 30% less expensive than the major payroll companies for like services. Since it is a complete HCM solution there may be other pieces you may want to use. Things like time and attendance, performance management, applicant tracking, employee self-service, benefits administration or manager self-service.
If you are struggling having access to your information or being able to report on the things you need to be strategic, let's have a 15 minute conversation.

Management and Organizational Development Consulting

Experience. Molly has a private practice in mediation, facilitation and training. For the past fifteen years she has provided services to hundreds of individuals and organizations in the areas of mediation, conflict management, interest-based problem solving, facilitation, collaborative processes, change management, and effective teams. The workplace issues she addresses may be within teams or between individuals, between combinations of peers, supervisors, executives, neighbors, board members, volunteers, task groups, agencies, and/or customers.

Practice Philosophy. Molly’s practice philosophy is that her most important role is to guide individuals and groups as they find solutions. She believes that resolutions are more durable if all the issues affecting the dispute are considered, and that there is some cross-cultural element in every communication.

Education and Training. Molly received her undergraduate degree in International Relations from Stanford University and her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Washington. Her initial training ground was on the Navajo Reservation in New Mexico. She has over 150 hours of advanced training in cross-cultural, transformative, and workplace mediation as well as interest-based negotiation and facilitation. She served on the Oregon Mediation Association board for six years and is currently on the faculty of the Center for Medical Excellence.

I’ve been helping nonprofits find ways to make doing their good work easier since 1986. I am a professional coach and facilitator with deep experience in the nonprofit world: I’ve been an executive director twice, helped found four successful nonprofits, and supported the development of a wide variety of organizations as a facilitator, trainer, interim director and coach (you’ll find more details under about me). I love helping nonprofit staff and board members discover what’s making things difficult and identify ways to make doing their work easier, more effective, and more satisfying.

How I Can Help

I facilitate retreats and processes; train board and staff in communication, decision-making, collaboration, leadership development and facilitation; help design and evaluate systems; and provide coaching for teams and individuals. Please click the Facilitation, Coaching, and Training buttons under Services for more details on what I offer in each of these arenas.

How It Works

Regardless of whether the task at hand is to have a great retreat, improve communication and decision-making, make an important decision, design a new program or process, or improve the performance of a team or individual, I will help you create a process that:

    Meets you where you actually are;
    Reflects your core values and mission;
    Provides practical tools that accomplish your goals and are easy to learn, teach, remember and use;
    Connects to real work you are trying to get done now;
    Builds on the deep knowledge that you (the staff, board, etc.) already have to develop approaches that will work for you.
