NCC Offers Mindfulness Mandala In-Person Workshop


Mindfulness, creativity and meditation work together in our lives to help manage depression and anxiety.  Art therapy is one method that helps bring peace to us all.  This interactive workshop teaches the Mandala technique.

This art form requires no experience and offers attendees the opportunity to engage in beneficial meditation.


Mark your calendar for Saturday, July 10th.  Andrea Aragon, LPC, will lead you in the process of Mandala.  If you can make a dot, you can make dot Mandala!  This activity helps you to engage in creative and mindful meditation.  The workshop will run from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Northwest Catholic Counseling Center, 8383 NE Sandy Blvd., Suite 205, Portland, OR 97220.


The cost is $30 per household.  Hardship scholarships are available upon

request.   Pre-registration is required.  All attendees are required to be
