Mary’s Woods at Marylhurst

Presentation & Continental Breakfast at 7:30
Networking at 9:00

Support from key managers in your organization is critical to understanding and presenting financial and program data and analysis. Management staff and their teams want to know more about their programs and activities, but may be reluctant to play a role in identifying and tracking critical indicators. Join us to learn how organizations are engaging staff in dashboard reporting. We’ll identify ways to get started and move forward with your team.

Discussion topics will include:

  • Overcoming barriers and institutionalizing a functioning tracking system
  • Getting everyone on board
  • Keeping everyone on the same page so data collection is consistent and useful
