Join NAO Members for an evening reception and keynote by Beth Kanter entitled Happy Healthy Nonprofits: Creating a Culture of Replenishment. Beth will talk about issues facing nonprofits including long working hours, underfunded projects, staff burnout, and too much to do with not enough time. She will challenge us to consider different ways of thinking to create a culture of replenishment and abundance.

We will celebrate our accomplishments, including building our engagement to more than 1,000 members, and meet the new NAO Board of Directors.

Members please RSVP via the link on the Members Webpage. Members must have a user account and be logged into the website to access the member page. You can also RSVP by sending an email to training@nonprofitoregon.org or calling 503-239-4001 ext. 123.

Prior to the NAO Annual Meeting, nonprofit leaders are encouraged to join us for a full-day Nonprofit Learning Track running concurrently with the Alliance for Nonprofit Management's Annual Conference in Portland. You'll join leading nonprofit capacity builders for a breakfast and lunch keynote presentation, and choose three of six specially designed breakout sessions focused on themes most relevant to innovative nonprofit leadership.
