Meet the Executive Transition Services Team

The executive transition services team is made up of senior nonprofit executives who use their extensive consulting experience and strong management skills to help nonprofits make effective leadership transitions and address management, board, and planning issues. We serve as interim directors for organizations in transition, and help with executive searches and succession planning.

Our team of development associates is comprised of senior fund developers with extensive experience managing development offices and creating annual fund development plans. We have successfully managed annual fund campaigns, major donor campaigns, capital campaigns, special events, and grant calendars. We serve as interim development directors for organizations experiencing the sudden departure of a development director, wanting to expand a development department, considering hiring a full-time development director, or planning for a capital campaign.
