Leadership turnovers are crucial moments in the life of a nonprofit. These critical times can result in a loss of donors and/or momentum. They can also provide opportunities for growth and success.

You may be able to take best advantage of transition opportunities by using expert transition leaders to ensure that your organization’s structures and systems are sound, and that your staff and Board are motivated and supported.

The Executive Transitions Services (ETS) program has helped over 150 nonprofits since 2001. We have assembled a team of highly qualified, experienced nonprofit executive leaders with extensive organizational development consulting experience to help guide you through this time of transition.
