Are your financial management systems and strategies ready for a new year? Get ready to provide the financial leadership your nonprofit needs to achieve its mission amidst new challenges to sustainability.

“Nonprofit Financial Fundamentals” will help you identify the strengths and limitations of your current systems and provide step-by-step guidance to get the tools needed to ensure accountability, prevent fraud, and obtain information for clear decision making.

Workshop topics will include:

  • Annual budgets, grant budgets, and cash flow projections
  • Controls to prevent fraud and ensure accountability
  • Accounting choices and challenges
  • Financial reports that make sense
  • Red flags and progress indicators

Take home a comprehensive packet of self-assessment tools, checklists, and samples to help your Board and staff address key financial management issues for your nonprofit.
