About the Presenter

David L. Westcott is currently Vice President for Development and Gift Planning at The Oregon Community Foundation, a position he has held since 1997. David oversees a development staff of 14 with offices in six cities. Prior to joining the foundation, he was the Chief Financial Officer for the University of Oregon Foundation for 11 years, where he managed accounting, finance, endowment, and trust management operations.

As a business owner, David was president and founder of Independent Computer Services, a service bureau and accounting firm that specialized in nonprofit and fund accounting, with over 100 Oregon clients.
