CJ McPhail is no stranger to Southern Oregon. CJ is currently the Director of Development for the Asante Foundation and the President of the Rogue Valley Nonprofit Network. Prior to joining Asante, CJ was a founding Pastor of Table Rock Fellowship and in 2002 helped bring Sparrow Clubs USA to Southern Oregon, ultimately serving as their National Program Director.
Jim Gochenour joined Living Opportunities in 2002 following an 18-year career in private business, where he was involved in marketing, promotions, hotel convention sales, and trade show and fashion show production for Westin Hotels, Brittania Sportswear, and Union Bay Sportswear. At Living Opportunities he has significantly raised annual giving, created a strong foundation for a multi-year giving society, and developed a base for a capital campaign. He is also past president of the Rogue Valley Development Professionals.
Each session of the Rogue Valley Nonprofit Training Series is designed to strengthen your development and leadership skills while providing field-tested concepts and tools to take back to your organization for implementation. In addition to skills development and meeting with the experts, each session allows for networking and peer coaching in a collaborative learning environment.
We encourage organizations and individuals to attend the entire series by purchasing a season pass. Season pass holders save up to $40 off of the individual session registration fees and are pre-registered for all eight network sessions (listed on the right).
The season pass includes annual membership in the Rogue Valley Nonprofit Network (RVNN), special invitations to their events and networking sessions, and notification of job opportunities. Season pass holders are eligible to apply for RVNN Scholarship Fund, which provide $50 scholarships to other Nonprofit Association of Oregon trainings.
